Same day delivery

If you order the items before 12pm, we'll deliver your goods before 6pm that same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered to the next business day

Please note that due to the volume of expected orders during stock take, we may take an extra day or two to prepare your order. This includes both click and collect orders and those delivered.

The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:

·  1-5 Business days for Melbourne metro, Sydney metro, Canberra metro, Brisbane metro Victoria regional and Adelaide metro

·  5-7 Business days for New South Wales regional ,South Australia regional and Tasmania (excluding remote locations). Perth metro, Darwin , Alice Springs and Queensland regional (excluding Far North Queensland).

·  10-20 Business days for New South Wales (2890 – 2899)

·  8-20 Business days for Far North Queensland, Western Australia regional, Northern Territory regional and Tasmania remote

Delivery conditions

-Next business day delivery to roadside addresses and offshore islands within these zones is not guaranteed. For any updates to expected delivery times, please refer to the Australia Post website.

-Please note that you can track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track.

Please note that you will have to sign for your order-

-If you are not available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office.

-While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

 

Processing Your Order

All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.  If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.

 

Customs Fees and Duties

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.
